Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the cheapinference.dev console and API (the “Service”) provided by Glaris Inc. (“we”). By creating an organization or using an API key you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1. The Service

The Service provides metered access to third-party large language model APIs through an OpenAI-compatible interface. Usage is billed per request at the published list price of the underlying provider, minus the discount shown in the console at the time of purchase.

2. Prepaid usage credit

Usage credit is prepaid. Your balance is denominated in usage value at list price and is debited as requests complete. Credit is not currency, does not accrue interest, and may only be used for the Service. Unused credit is refundable on request at the cash amount originally paid for the unused portion; refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor.

3. Availability and upstream dependence

The Service depends on third-party providers we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and access may be limited, suspended, or ended if an upstream provider changes or withdraws service. In that event unused credit remains refundable under section 2. This is your sole remedy for unavailability.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with the acceptable-use rules of the underlying model provider and with applicable law. You are responsible for all use under your organization’s API keys. We may suspend organizations for abuse, non-payment disputes, or activity that risks the Service for others.

5. Limits

We may impose purchase limits and spending-rate limits, and may pause new purchases at any time. Existing credit remains usable and refundable under section 2.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for unused usage credit at the time of the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting.
